I wonder if a light breakfast option for guests might work? Maybe milk, cereal, bread in rooms?

I had arranged late check in well in advance but was still receiving messages about arranging check in prior to arrival. We enjoyed the facilities in the foyer very much - pastries, hot drinks and sparkling water. Great value for money overall

Reception extremely efficient, friendly and attentive.

Great service by staff at reception desk- return visit and remembered our luggage- the lobby area is inviting and has water, coffee and pastries available. Fabritzio and staff very approachable and friendly! Rooms big and well equipped- the best rooms in our stay in Italy- well done!

There was a problem while going out, sometimes people needed insiders to open the gate at the entrance.

I requested a room a few days after my stay . The property was fully booked , but they told me they would call me if there was a cancellation. They did a couple days later . Unfortunately I had already booked another hotel , but I appreciated the follow up

This is our third stay at Residenza Delle Citta and once again Diego and Marco had everything in order for our check in. We were promptly offered some refreshments in reception before being allocated our room. As per previous stays, the reception area and our room were immaculate. Each apartment we have stayed in has always been spotlessly clean and well appointed. We love the excellent coffee machine and freshly baked croissants each morning and the water dispenser is an excellent idea to save the world from yet more plastic bottles! There's always coffee, a great selection of teas and cookies available and the staff are always willing to offer assistance on directions or anything you may require during your stay. We also really appreciate the laundry facilities. The property is in an excellent location, being only a short stroll through pleasant streets from Milano Centrale. We would definitely recommend this property to others and of course hope to stay again ourselves. Grazie Mille!

A very lovely room which was spacious, clean and well-equipped. It had everything I needed. The pastries in the morning were a nice touch.

Receptionist was very helpful, and we appreciated the availability of laundry facilities! One suggestion: It would have been helpful if there were a laundry basket that we could have used.
